Your dashboard shows you what happened. We show you what's coming.
Centauri Suite is an operations consulting practice for founder-led companies that have outgrown spreadsheets but aren't ready for a six-figure ops hire. We map your operation across 25 metrics, find the three that unlock your next phase, and build the dashboards you'll actually use on Monday.
25 metrics tracked
20-minute self-score
Most ops dashboards measure the past. The metrics that matter measure pressure.
Your accounting software shows last month. Your KPI deck shows last quarter. By the time the trend is visible, you've already overhired, undercollected, or shipped the wrong thing. Looking backward at high resolution is not the same as looking forward.
The standard ops setup
- Six dashboards nobody opens after Tuesday
- Monthly KPI deck that arrives two weeks late
- Scorecards inherited from a B-school template
- “Strategy” sessions that produce no roadmap
- Metrics tracked because they're easy, not because they matter
How Centauri Suite works
- 25-metric scorecard scored in 20 minutes
- The 3 metrics that actually predict your next quarter
- Dashboards your team opens daily, not weekly
- Written 90-day operations roadmap, not slides
- Quarterly review cadence with real ship targets
Three things, done in the order they actually compound.
Strategy without dashboards is theater. Dashboards without operating cadence is hygiene. We do all three so the work shows up in the numbers.
Operations Scorecard & Audit
We score your ops across 25 metrics in 5 categories. You leave the first session knowing the three numbers most likely to define the next 12 months — not 50 you'll ignore.
Dashboards & Systems
We build the dashboards your team actually uses, on whatever stack you already pay for. Looker, Sheets, Notion, Airtable, native BI — the stack matches the team, not the consultant.
Quarterly Operating Cadence
Monthly review packs, quarterly business reviews, and a written operating rhythm. The ops work that only pays off compounded — done with you, not for you.
Five operating categories. One scorecard tying them together.
Financial ops →
Cash forecasting, unit economics, runway models, budget vs. actual systems that close on the 5th, not the 25th.
People ops →
Hiring scorecards, performance systems, retention metrics, ramp dashboards that flag a bad hire before month four.
Customer ops →
CSAT, NPS, churn forecasting, lifecycle metrics that flag renewal risk months before the renewal date.
Product ops →
Usage analytics, feature adoption, roadmap health, the leading indicators of stickiness instead of vanity counts.
System ops →
Tool stack audits, automation playbooks, vendor consolidation — the unglamorous work that compounds quietly.
Performance dashboards →
Executive scorecards, weekly review packs, the quarterly business review your board actually opens before the meeting.
From scorecard to first dashboard in under 30 days.

The honest answers, before you ask.
Is this an agency or a one-person shop?
One operator with a small bench of trusted contractors when sprints require it. The savings on overhead go into faster delivery and direct accountability — you're never on a call with three layers of account management.
Who is this actually for?
Founder-led companies doing $1M–$25M who've outgrown the founder-as-COO setup but aren't ready to hire a $250K head of operations. If you're below $1M, take the free scorecard — we'll catch you when you're ready.
What does “operations consulting” actually mean here?
We map your operation across 5 categories — financial, people, customer, product, system — score 25 metrics, identify the 3 that move the business, and build the dashboards and rituals that operationalize them.
How is this different from a fractional COO?
Fractional COOs run the business. We build the system the COO uses to run the business. Sometimes we coexist — we build the scorecard, your COO operates it. Sometimes we replace the need for one entirely.
Do you require long contracts?
No. The audit is one-time. The sprint is project-based. The fractional retainer is month-to-month after a 30-day pilot. If we're not earning the relationship every month, you shouldn't keep it.
Where are you based?
Dallas, Texas — Central Time. Remote-first with clients across North America. All work, billing, and contracts are US-based.
The next quarter doesn't need another KPI deck. It needs a system that closes the loop.
